My Justis
The My Justis section of the Justis service is where you set your preferences, and where you can keep track of searches you have made, documents you have viewed and time spent for a client, and set up e-mail alerts.
Nobody else can see your My Justis, unless they know your User ID and Password. You cannot see anyone else’s My Justis, unless you know their User ID and Password.
My Justis is divided into 8 sections:
History
- Saved Searches – A collection of search strategies that you may want to use again. You can re-run the searches, change their titles, and delete them.
- My Alerts – Notify yourself or other people by email when new documents are added to Justis that would be found by your Saved Searches.
- My Documents – A set of links to documents that you may want to see again. You can change the title, and delete links.
- My Trail – A list of all of the searches you have performed and all of the documents you have viewed, arranged by date. You can set up and delete alerts, add and remove Saved Searches, and add and delete links in My Documents.
- Client Usage – Keep track of the time spent working for each client.
Preferences
- Search – Set or change your preferences for using the Search screen.
- Results – Set or change your preferences for using the Results screen.
- Document – Set or change your preferences for using the Document screen.
