CELEX Fields – All Persons Group

The CELEX fields in the All Persons group contain details of the parties involved in a case before the European Court of Justice, and are therefore available only with the Case Law database. The group includes the following fields:

Applicant (applican)
Defendant (defendan)
Observers (observ)

Use the Outline to move quickly to any particular field in a document. Use the Search In EU screen to search for terms in one or more of these fields.

In previous versions of Justis, this group was known as Parties.
