CELEX – Observers Field (observ)

The Observers field in the CELEX database on Justis is part of the All Persons group, and contains the names of the institutions, bodies or Member States which have presented observations on the case. For example:

Observers	Italy; Federal Republic of Germany; United Kingdom; Commission
Observers	Italy ; Commission ; AELE
Observers	France ; Greece ; Spain ; European Parliament ; Council ; Commission

In the Outline, this field is called “Observers”.

In documents, this field is shown as “Observers”.

If you want to use the Article References field on the Quick Search screen or in the Full Text box on the Search In EU screen, its name is “observ”, and you can use a search such as:

observ[united kingdom and italy]

Used only in the Case Law database (Sector 6).
