Justis Support

We provide a range of Justis support services aimed at helping you get the most from your subscription. We’ll help you find the information you need as quickly and easily as possible.

The Justis Help Desk

While Justis services are easy-to-use, we’re here to help you whenever necessary.

The Help Desk can assist you with all of your technical and data-related queries on the telephone or via email, whether you need help with a networking problem or just can’t find the document you’re looking for. We’ve also got a range of Online Tutorials, Quick Start Guides and training notes available for download and in hard copy. New users often get in touch for advice on putting together their first search queries. There is no charge for Help Desk support, nor for any documentation we provide.

The Help Desk may be contacted on +44 (0)20 7284 8100 during normal UK office hours (9am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday), or via email at any time.

In addition to a comprehensive online Help system, we provide a range of other useful online documentation to help you get the most out of Justis. These resources include:

Training

Training sessions are also available and are an ideal introduction to the service. We can tailor sessions to suit your requirements and training can be arranged at your offices or at our office in London. If you can’t find time for training, course notes on a range of Justis titles are available to download free of charge. For further details please email training@justis.com.

The Justis Publishing Legal Research e-Bulletin

We’ll keep you up-to-date with any new developments in our services as well as hints and tips for using Justis by means of the Justis Publishing Legal Research e-Bulletin. To subscribe to the e-bulletin, simply send us an email with the words “Subscribe Legal Research e-Bulletin” in the subject line and enter your name, email address, organisation and postal address in the body of the message.
