Official Journal C Series – Title Field
The Title field in the Official Journal C Series database on Justis contains the main title of the document plus any other headings. For example:
Proposal for a Council Directive relating to certain partly or wholly dehydrated preserved milk for human consumption

(Submitted by the Commission on 30 May 1996)
In previous versions of Justis, this field was called Title or Heading.
