CELEX – Date of Vote Field (vote)

The Date of Vote field in the CELEX database on Justis is part of the DATE group, and contains the date of a vote on a Resolution or Opinion. For example:

1999/02/11

Date searching in this field is restricted to searching for an exact or truncated date; the date search operators are not available. It is possible to use a search such as “1999 and 02”, but this will find documents for the 2nd day of the month as well as for February.

In the Outline, this field is called “Date of Vote”.

In documents, this field is shown as “Date of Vote”.

If you want to use the Date of Vote field on the Quick Search screen or in the Full Text box on the Search In EU screen, its name is “vote”, and you can use a search such as:

vote[1999/02*]

Used only in the Proposals database (Sector 5).
