CELEX – Proceedings Field (procedur)
The Proceedings field in the CELEX database on Justis is part of the General group, and contains the nature and, where possible, the outcome of the proceedings. For example:

In the Outline, this field is called “Proceedings”.
In documents, this field is shown as “Proceedings”.
If you want to use the Proceedings field on the Quick Search screen or in the Full Text box on the Search In EU screen, its name is “procedur”, and you can use a search such as:
procedur[preliminary near inadmissible]
Used only in the Case Law database (Sector 6).
