CELEX – Finnish Implementations Field (finprov)


The Finnish Implementations field in the CELEX database on Justis is part of the National Implementations group, and is used to report the implementation (provision) of European Union Directives in Finland. For example:

Finnish Implementations     2. - Lag om upphävande av lagen om kontroll av utomlands bosatta personers och utlândska sammanslutningars fastighetsförvarv.
3. - Förordning om säkerheten pa vaissa passagerarfartyg som anvands pa inrikes resor. ref: FFS, 23/12/1999, nr 1307.

Used in the Legislation database (Sectors 3 and 4) and the National Implementation database (Sector 7).
